Agreement

By downloading or using Odo you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app alongside these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Odo on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

Subscriptions

Odo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (for example yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly). Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Estimates, not tax advice

Mileage rates, thresholds and report columns in Odo follow the published rules of each country and can be out of date or not fit your situation. Every figure is an estimate. Check the rate with your tax office or accountant before you file or claim. Odo does not give tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not responsible for a claim made from its reports.

Your content

What you create in Odo is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its purchase system.

No warranty, limited liability

Odo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data.
